RECOMMENDATION


Ø  Visit to the fields daily and collect data about plant diseases.
Ø  Visit to the Glass-house daily and check the temperature, Germination of pots, watering the pots, and check the disease and insect attack in the glass-house plants.
Ø  Two times spray the glass-house against milly-bug (FMC, ACELAN).
Ø  Visit to the farmer fields and discuss about diseases.
Ø  Visit to the cotton fields which are sowing in the presence of us and check the germination of plants and count the week plants daily.
Ø  Daily collect the infected leaves and healthy branches from the field and graft them in the lab for practice.
Ø  Check the germination rate of different verities of cotton in lab.
Ø  Also work in media room and prepare different media for the isolation of fungus e.g. Richard agar modified media.
Ø  Also check the white-fly movement on leaf with the help of suitable apparatus
